About

One match through the forge.

Climbing isn't fixing everything. It's finding the few mistakes that repeat — and fixing those. Here's how Questheim does it, following one ranked game the whole way through.

The Method

From one game to a cleared quest.

  1. Read

Thursday, 21:14. Your ranked game ends — and lands in the forge.

Questheim reads it through the official Riot API. Nothing to install, nothing to upload, nothing to remember.

    THU 21:14 · RANKED SOLOJinx7 / 9 / 12Defeat
  2. Diagnose

One game means nothing. A few start telling the truth.

The same death keeps coming back: caught at dragon by the enemy jungler — six of your last ten games. Measured against real benchmarks for your rank band, not a pro's highlight reel.

  3. Forge

Out comes a quest — small enough to finish.

Not a wall of homework. A few quests at a time, by design, each one finishable inside a week.

    Ward river before drakeVISION

Place a ward in river brush 30s before spawn.

    3 games
  4. Track

Your next games tick it forward: 1/3… 2/3… done.

Progress reads from real match data — no self-reporting, no honor system. Finish it or don't; the forge only counts what happened.

    3/3
  5. Verdict

Two weeks later, the forge answers honestly.

Your cleared quest gets a verdict: the LP attributed to it over the window — or "not enough data yet." Both live in your questbook now. A coach that flatters you isn't one.

Your games, your data.

What signing in gives us

You sign in on Riot's own page, so Questheim never sees a password. We ask for three permissions and no more: who your account is, which server it plays on, and the ability to keep you signed in. Your games and rank are read separately, from the public Riot API, using our own API key. That key stays on our servers and never reaches your browser.

What we keep

Everything is stored under your Riot PUUID. Your name and tagline are never written to our database. We don't keep copies of Riot's match data: each ranked game is fetched once and reduced to about twenty numbers from your row alone, and the other nine players' statistics are discarded. Coach answers come from Claude on Amazon Bedrock inside our own AWS account; your conversations are retained for up to 90 days so the coach keeps continuity between sessions.

Riot policy

Champion art and profile icons load straight from Riot's Data Dragon CDN, so we don't re-host Riot's artwork. A finished game never changes, so each one is fetched once and reused rather than re-requested.

Questheim is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Signing out

Signing out ends your session and deletes any Riot refresh token we hold for you. It does not remove your quests, LP history or coach conversations, and it does not revoke Questheim on Riot's side. You can do that from your Riot account settings. It also doesn't stop us refreshing your record each day, which continues until your account is deleted. We don't yet offer self-serve deletion, so that takes a request.
