The agreement between you and Questheim. It explains what the service does, what it rests on, and what happens to anything you pay for.
These terms are the agreement between you and Questheim, which is built and run from Sweden. They apply whenever you use the site, whether or not you have signed in and whether or not you pay us anything. If you do not accept them, do not use Questheim.
The Privacy Policy explains what we do with information about you. It is part of this agreement.
Questheim is built on Riot Games’ developer API. Riot grants that access under terms that let Riot end it at any time, for any reason, and that require us to delete the game data we hold when it ends. We have no say in that and no way to appeal it.
This is worth understanding before you pay us anything. Questheim is not a service we can guarantee the continuation of, because the permission it runs on is not ours. What we can guarantee is what happens to your money if the permission goes away, and that is set out below.
Riot also does not endorse, sponsor or certify Questheim. Nothing on this site should be read as Riot approving of it, and we are not allowed to imply otherwise.
You sign in with your Riot account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for anything done on Questheim through it. Do not share it. Tell us at support@questheim.com if you think someone else has used it.
You must meet the minimum age for a Riot Games account where you live, which is 13 in most countries and 16 in some. If you are under 18 you may only take a paid plan with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms with you.
One person, one account. Do not sign in on behalf of somebody else, and do not sell or transfer your access to Questheim.
Questheim analyses matches you have already played and suggests what to work on. It is coaching, not a guarantee. We do not promise that you will gain LP, climb a division, or improve at all. Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something else.
The analysis is built from your own match data and from benchmarks drawn from other players. It can be wrong. It can be based on too few games. It is a starting point for your own judgement rather than a replacement for it.
Questheim does not run alongside a live game, does not read anything the game does not already show you, and gives you no advantage over anyone else in a match. That is a deliberate limit, not an omission.
You may use Questheim for your own play. You may not:
Riot’s own rules apply on top of these, and we have to follow them. If Riot tells us something we let you do is not allowed, we will have to stop letting you do it.
There is always a free tier of Questheim. That is both our intention and a condition of the access Riot grants us, so it is not something we can quietly remove.
If we offer paid plans, what each one includes and what it costs is shown at the point you buy it, including tax. Nothing in this document sets a price, because the price you agreed is the one shown to you when you subscribed.
A paid plan runs for the period you chose and renews automatically at the end of it, at the same price, until you cancel. We will send you the receipt for each payment.
If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, in time for you to cancel first. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Payments are handled by a payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and get all of it back. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to argue for it. Write to support@questheim.com and we will refund you.
This is deliberately simpler than the law requires. As a consumer buying online you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, which for a service you have started using is normally reduced in proportion to what you have used. We are not doing that arithmetic. Within 14 days of your first payment you get the whole amount back.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. We do not refund part of a period, except in the two cases below.
Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your account or your data. That is a separate request, and it lives on your account page, or you can write to privacy@questheim.com. See the Privacy Policy for what we remove.
If Riot withdraws or suspends our access, or changes the API so that Questheim can no longer do what you paid for, most of the service stops working. We will tell you as soon as we know.
In that case we refund the unused part of anything you have paid, calculated by the day, without you having to ask. The same applies if we decide to shut Questheim down. You are not left paying for a service that has stopped, and you are not left arguing with us about it.
We may also have to delete the game data we hold about you, because Riot’s terms require it when access ends. That is described in the Privacy Policy.
You can type your own titles and notes into quests. Those stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so that the service works, and nothing more. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to advertise.
Questheim itself, its design, its code and the coaching it produces are ours. Riot owns the game data and, under Riot’s terms, anything derived from it. That is why we cannot give you ownership of your statistics: they were never ours to give.
Champion art and icons belong to Riot Games and are used under Riot’s policies for developers.
We try to keep Questheim working, but we do not promise it will always be available. It can go down, and parts of it depend on Riot’s services being up.
We will change the service over time: adding features, removing them, and changing how the coaching works. If we remove something a paid plan was substantially bought for, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
You can stop using Questheim at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we have to in order to comply with Riot’s rules or the law, or if keeping it open would harm other players or the service. We will tell you why unless the law stops us. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part.
We are responsible for providing Questheim with reasonable care and skill, and for the service matching what we described when you paid for it. If it does not, tell us and we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.
We are not responsible for things outside that: how your games go, what Riot does, decisions you make on the coaching’s advice, or losses that were not a foreseeable result of us getting something wrong. Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you for a paid plan, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this document.
Write to support@questheim.com first. Most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
If that does not resolve it and you are a consumer, you can take the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, which handles it free of charge. We will take part in that process.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you keep the protections of your own country’s law that cannot be contracted away, and you can bring a claim in your own country’s courts.
These terms are versioned, and the version in force is shown at the top. If we change them in a way that affects you, we will tell you before the change takes effect. If you have a paid plan and do not accept the change, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
Questions about any of this go to support@questheim.com.
